Chili Sauce 2 red paprikas (bell peppers) stalked and seeded
4 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon salt
6 hot chilis cleaned
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Grill the paprikas (bell peppers) and remove the skins, add all ingredients to blender and zap to a smooth paste. ideal with grilled chicken or battered shrimp. Keeps well in the fridge.
